RELAY strengthens deal processes with SINCERIUS

Relay Corporate Finance implements Business Insight by SINCERIUS, an innovative business intelligence tool. The BI tool is a product of SINCERIUS, a financial due diligence boutique specialising in the mid-market.

The software reads a company's management systems (e.g. ERP/Accounting/Sales force) and collects data in a single data warehouse and reporting platform. From this platform, various analyses, insights and reports can be obtained. Business Insight by SINCERIUS applies the 'One truth' principle here. By using the tool, operational and financial analyses and reports are largely automated and designed into effective dashboards.

"We have a growing 'Exit Readiness' practice alongside the existing M&A transaction practice. In both cases, using the BI product allows us to provide a better service to customers.

During an Exit Readiness process, we can determine together with the company whether the right information is available to perform analyses that will be required at a later stage (at exit). If this is not the case, we can choose to take care of this first, before entering into an exit route.

The M&A services use the same information and methodology but focus more on the upcoming transaction process. The tool automates the data-book, with connections to administration and systems. This allows a higher degree of a 'Vendor Assistance'. This results in a more effective data-driven sales process, less due diligence pressure and ultimately value improvement."

The software and tools have been developed based on SINCERIUS' years of experience. Many users choose to keep the dashboard even just after transaction as it then also functions as a reporting tool.

We look forward to taking both our Corporate Finance and Exit Readiness to the next level by using the tool.
