RELAY conducted research on the implications of the NIS-2 legislation on M&A activity within the cybersecurity market. Our findings show that these changes offer significant opportunities for companies to expand and grow their services.

RELAY Corporate Finance conducted research into the implications of the NIS-2 legislation on M&A activity within the cybersecurity market. Our findings show that these changes provide significant (M&A) opportunities for companies.
