The HEINEKEN Company has acquired 100% of the shares of Grupa Żywiec S.A., its listed Polish subsidiary. Relay acted as Heineken's M&A advisor in the buyout of the minority stake of its long-term partner, Harbin B.V., and the subsequent mandatory public offer for the listed shares.
