Pauline started her career in M&A and Investor Relations for large corporates. She then started and built a chain of homebuilding institutions, followed by a successful exit. Since then, she has been involved in strategic advisory, restructuring, fundraising and direct investment for/in various companies. She has a unique combination of entrepreneurship and experience within business. Pauline sits on the Supervisory Board of NOM NV (investment and development company of the Northern Netherlands), Westland Kaas and Fiber Foods Group.
