RELAY is an independent M&A advisory firm assisting shareholders, entrepreneurs, investors and companies in business transfers and strategic transactions. Our mission is clear: to maximise value.<\/p>

We add value as a result of expert analysis, strong management, positioning and timing. We offer three distinct and complementary services: Mergers & Acquisitions<\/a>, Exit Readiness<\/a> and M&A-as-a-Service<\/a>.<\/p>

We work with a close-knit and experienced team. Each team member contributes their own background and specialism - from strategic consulting to financial modelling - but, we share one approach based on three core values: entrepreneurial, tenacious and committed.<\/p>
